What makes a patio a candidate

An enclosed patio that still opens like a patio

An enclosed patio works the same either way: tempered panels that slide on one track and stack against the wall. Fully open, it's your old patio. Fully closed, it shrugs off wind, rain, dust, and noise. Most evenings you will run it half open.
