The rolling hills and wooded lots throughout Minnetonka have created countless homes with a deck up top and a covered patio below that have become little more than places to store bikes and patio furniture. We enclose both: retractable glass on the deck, or a frameless glass room underneath. We turn these forgotten spaces into your favorite place to be.

The other Minnetonka signature is shade. Mature oaks and maples keep these lots cool but they also keep screened porches damp and mosquito-friendly deep into fall. Glass changes the math: the canopy becomes something you watch from a dry, wind-free room.
